So! You ready to hear something really. friggin. awesome? No, really!

Okay… If you follow my nutty ass on Twitter, you’ve seen me tweet once or twice about the April Flores Toy Exhibit in LA.  Just in case you haven’t, I’ll tell you a little about it.

They made a toy out of April Flores’s nether regions.  And then they made a bunch of busts from the toy.  And then! A bunch of really amazing artists painted their vision on them.

That sounds pretty cool, right? Like, who wouldn’t want people having sex with a replica of their hoo ha regularly? And then to have a bunch of people paint on it and a bunch more people walk around staring at it? I want.  ~nods~  Lol.  I’m such a slut.

ANYway… Eden Fantasys talked April Flores and Carlos Batts into getting that show on the road and bringing it round to our neck of the woods! They’re going to be in NYC and Philly, which are both not that far from me!

And guess who’s working the booth! Besides the usual suspects, I mean.  CarrieAnn and Taylor from A View From the Floor! Who we all know I adore.

So you know the first thing I did when I heard that was run to Master (which really amounted to switching IM windows) and ask if we could go, right? I even went so far as to compare prices for various transportation methods and work out the price of getting there and being admitted to the show! Now I gotta figure in hotel prices, too, cause we’ll probably at least stay the night.

What’s the verdict? Maybe.  M’s birthday and supposed raise are next month and we’ve already started planning His party.  I really cannot justify delaying or canceling the first birthday celebration He’s allowed me to throw for Him because I want to meet all those super cool folks.  Though I considered, for a second, asking if He minded waiting till November.  ~grin~

I’m kidding.  As super cool as those folks are, M deserves a kick ass birthday.  I plan to make it the best birthday He’s ever had!

So! If the raise is what we expect and we still have enough money to cover it after the party expenses (Carrie and company – as in all you folks that are traveling for the shows, you guys sure you can’t come the weekend before? Lol), we are so totally there!

You guys are more than welcome to donate me “Get to April Flores’s Show” money! I’m not proud! I’ll take it! ~snicker~

And if you’re lucky, M and I might even be there.  Though I have no idea which show we’re going to.  Cause M’s a little leery about taking off two days from work without having PTO to cover.  And you’ll probably have to wade through the stupor me having face time with all these people I’ve been dying to have face time with will undoubtedly cause.

(Oh… and M’s birthday is on the eighth, in case anyone wants to wish Him a happy birthday.)
