Product Review: iTap G-Vibe by California Exotics

January 22nd, 2010 Comments off

ce-0523-40-3-img-1Ooo, what’s that?

That’s none other than the innovative iTap G Vibe from California Exotics‘s new iTap line.

What’d it come in?

The iTap G-vibe came wrapped in a thin plastic bag flopping around inside a loose, crushed, white cardboard box.  I assume the box was crushed in transit.  The box sports a picture of the vibe and blue lettering describing the toy.

How’s it made?

This vibe is made of white plastic and Velvet Cote.  It’s phthalates and latex free and hypoallergenic.  It’s seven and one-half inches long, six of those being insertable, and one inch in diameter.

The material is firm and unforgiving, as plastic so often is.  The curved end is dull enough that it doesn’t feel like you’re taking a screwdriver to your g-spot, but thin enough for direct clitoral stimulation when used externally.  And the Velvet Cote surface is soft and satiny, with a good amount of drag.  Read more…

Product Review: Super Strap Ankle Cuffs by California Exotics

January 22nd, 2010 2 comments

31MRY2DB1NL._SX450_Ooo, what’re those?

Those are the Super Strap Ankle Cuffs by California Exotics.

How’re they made?

These cuffs are made of two strips of black leather.  One is ten inches long and three inches wide.  The other, which is threaded through four one inch slits in the first piece, is fourteen inches long and an inch wide.  The inside of the cuffs are not lined.

The clasp is a metal cinch buckle that you thread the leather through, then thread back on itself to hold it in place.  And in the center, threaded onto the thinner strap, there’s a d-ring with a carabiner clipped to it.  Read more…

Product Review: Thrusting Jack Rabbit by California Exotics

Ooo, what’s that?

That’s the Thrusting Jack Rabbit by California Exotics.

What’d it come in?

This toy comes nestled in clear molded plastic inside a clear plastic box with hot pink trim.

How’s it made?

The Thrusting Jack Rabbit is eleven and one-half inches of clear purple, phthalates free TPE speckled with silver glitter.  Its diameter is one and one-half inches, though it looks bigger than that.  And for all that, its insertable length is only four and one-half inches.

The handle is shiny purple plastic.  It’s got two + buttons, two – buttons and an off button.  There are six LED lights over each set of + and – buttons to indicate what level the toy is on.

On the bottom of the handle, there’s a twist cap, sort of like you would find on the belly of a piggy bank.  – The whole toy, really, looks like something that Barbie would use.  All little girlish and princess-y.  It’s cute. – Unscrew the cap and flip the toy right-side up and a piece of white plastic falls into your hand.  That would be what you snap your four AA batteries into.  Each battery clip has a diagram on the plastic showing you which direction to put the batteries in.  Read more…

Assault and Battery

I'm a t-shirt not owned by Insatiable Desire. Click me to see where to buy me.

So this morning, I’m sitting here hiccuping away and about ready to start bawling because of it.  I don’t know about you guys, but hiccups hurt me.  As in, they bring tears to my eyes.  As in, right now I’m about to start throwing a fit because they won’t stop.  I’ve been hiccuping for an hour.

I suppose I should be grateful I don’t get them very often.

Maybe that’s why they hurt me.

Anyway!

Master walks over to me with the battery charger in one hand and the sea salt grinder in the other.  And He says, “I’m gonna give you a salt and battery.” ba-dum-bum
