Product Review: The Sneaky Sack by Holistic Wisdom, Inc

July 16th, 2010

Ooo, what’s that?

That would be yet another remedy I’ve found along the way to the whole “too many sex toys and no where to store them” dilema.  It’s called The Sneaky Sack and it’s made by Holistic Wisdom, Inc.

How’s it made?

Section Height Width
Exterior 17.5″ 13.5″
Main Compartment 17.25″ 12.5″
Back Pocket 13″ 12.25″
Front Pocket 12″ 12″
Straps 4″ 1.5″

The Sneaky Sack is made of waterproof, antimicrobial, machine-washable nylon.

Did your eyes just get as big as mine? Not only can you hide your toys or valuables from prying eyes, but they’ll also be protected from getting wet, and from any sort of bacteria or fungus growth.  That’s pretty fantastic.

The bag is shaped like a tank top, with two “shoulder straps” used to hang the bag on a clothes hanger.  The “neckline” is low enough to hide beneath just about any shirt, dress or jacket.  And there are two zippers that unzip away from each other and have toggles with holes for a lock.

The Sneaky Sack has three pockets.  One’s in the middle and it’s kinda short.  Probably it could hold a bottle of lube, or a couple bullets, or batteries.  The back pocket is the length of the inside of the bag.  And the front pocket goes up to the top of the middle pocket.

What’s it for?

That’s one of the cool things about this bag.  It’s not just for toys!

Hide pretty much anything under the sun in this bag, and then hide the bag on a hanger in your closet.  Toss a sweater or coat over it and none will be the wiser.  It’s that easy.

How is it?

Rayne’s Rating:
Pros: Cons:
a lot bigger than it looks
easily hidden
waterproof
antimicrobial
machine washable
lockable
multiple pockets
lock not included

Hiding in the back pocket of my Sneaky Sack, I have Vixen’s silicone Randy and Leo, Tantus’s Acute, Curve and Zing, Sidekick 1, and the Jollies Thrust.  In the middle pocket, I have Fun Factory’s Smartballs, Teneo Uno and Duo and Loverings, the CalExotics’s Venus Butterfly and some random set of plastic anal beads we’ve never used.  And in the front pocket, I have Wolwin’s SinFive Nagi, Couture Collection Sublime and Ecstasy, and Shots Media’s Brigit.  And there’s still room for the rest of my silicone whenever I get around to moving it.

I’ll reclaim my dresser drawers yet!

When I received the bag, I was kind of disappointed because I thought for sure this teeny-tiny tank top wasn’t going to fit much of anything in it.  But when I started stuffing silicone inside, and realized it was going to hold my entire collection, I was ecstatic.

Of course, I’ve yet to hang it in my closet, aside from testing how it looks under a shirt.  It, my Toibocks and the flogger case we just got are all stacked around the living room.

The material seems extremely sturdy.  The stitching looks like it’s going to hold up well.  All in all, I really love this bag.  You should get one.  ~nods~

Anything else I should know?

Make sure you wash this baby before using it.  I mean, you should always wash things before using them, but this bag especially, because I didn’t and my silicone came out with dust and lint stuck to it.  I mean, that’s normal for stuff that’s been stored a while, so whatever, but still… wash it first.  And probably you should turn it inside out just to be on the safe side.

Lock not included.

Make sure if the bag bulges at all that you put it under something bulky if you choose to hide it in your closet.  Otherwise, it’s rather obvious something is hanging underneath.  And be sure to use something that isn’t see-through.  If you just asked why, here’s your sign.

Where’d ya get it?

The awesome folks at TabuToys.com sent me the The Sneaky Sack, free of charge, in exchange for an honest review of the toy.  TabuToys.com offers discreet, private shopping to men and women of all sexual orientations.  Aside from their selection of over 3000 hand-picked toys, they offer good reading material such as Sex Toys 101 and Buying Your First Vibrator.  And to help you pick out just the toy you’re looking for, they have an excellent Sex Toy Quiz.

I bought one of these a while ago and have given a few as birthday gifts to friends. We all love them and I know what you mean…when you first see it, you think, there’s no way my ‘collection’ will fit in there, but sure enough, it does. I totally recommend it!

Oh wow, I’ve never read a review for these before. I saw them at Holistic Wisdom and got a good laugh, but I figured it was too small to hold much. My dildo collection is getting bigger, so I just might buy a few of these once I live some where with decent closets.

@Erin I was really surprised. And happy!

@Camryn Yeah, they look really small. Even when they’re in your hands. But they hold SO MUCH! Just make sure that you use a wooden hanger, or something equally sturdy, if you’re going to put a lot in it. I used one of those thick plastic ones at first and it snapped. :/
